We have set up the company in December, 2016 as a Kazakh company. Our company is new, however, we, 4 founders of company, have been working professionally in Kazakhstan for more than 10 years. During that time we had chance to take place in very prestigious construction projects like:
- Almaty Financial District Project (4 ea A class office buildings in Almaty, 160.000 m2 gross area, S&C construction) – Shell&Core;

Above listed projects are the ones in which we separately or all together took place in Kazakhstan.

The founders have experience also in Turkey, Russia, Uzbekistan etc. For example one of the founders has been working in Uzbekistan since 1997 and still regional manager of Yuksel Construction Company for this country.
These projects helped us personally to understand Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan construction business, nature of construction market and design / quality / material requirements of A class construction projects. Additionally, for these projects we had chance to work with a lot of local and international designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
As of December 2016 we decided to combine our personal experiences under a professional construction company and we have established Samal4 Stroy.
